Our story

Hushlace is two words put together: hush, for what is soft, quiet and private, and lace, for the delicate fabric at the heart of lingerie. Lingerie is something you wear for yourself, and we think it should feel that way.

The jharokha

Our mark is a jharokha, the carved stone window of old Indian palaces. It lets you look out and let the light in, while what is inside stays your own. That is the feeling we want every piece to carry: quiet confidence, worn close.

Raat Rani

Our colours are named after Raat Rani, the jasmine that only opens at night. Jamun, chandan, mogra, gulkand and kesar are quiet, warm and unmistakably Indian.
